Gloucester City Homes is an independent housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders in Gloucester.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience to join our established and award winning specialised ASB team. You will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of ASB and Tenancy Fraud cases by working in partnership with our communities and various agencies, utilising data and intelligence and putting in place appropriate tools and measures to holistically resolve cases, where possible, taking enforcement action where required.

If you have previously or are currently working within a specialised post covering ASB and Tenancy Fraud, and hold a professional qualification in social housing and/or a recognised ASB related qualification or equivalent we would love to hear from you.
