Overall Job Purpose
The job purpose is to have responsibility for managing and renewing a portfolio of large SME clients with a personal, positive and professional level of account management. This will ensure the service expectations of our highest premium SME accounts are met and our external service standards exceed market expectations.
This role commands a high level of accountability to include but not limited to:
Negotiation and renewal of the annual SME contracts.
Creation and delivery of an annual client wellness promotional strategy.
Day-to-day relationship with SME clients for queries and escalations.
Build strong relationships with a broker panel.
Arrange own work load to include daily, weekly and monthly tasks
Responsibility for a weekly report to Head of Corporate Client Management which highlights achievements as well as any key concerns
Proven oral and written communication skills.
Experience and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying roles and expertise, both externally and internally.
Working knowledge of applications such as Word, Powerpoint and computer literacy

Proven experience in a customer service, sales or account management environment, ideally within the SME / Corporate market.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong oral and written skills.
Desire to be a strong individual but also a team member.
Ability to demonstrate a strong passion for the Vitality product and brand.
Experience of managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines.
Experience of managing internal departments and cross-functional agendas.
