We are looking for a part time person on a 12 month fixed term contract to provide comprehensive training, clerical and HR support to Another Place The Lake whilst being guided and directed by the group HR function.

What you will do:
Being responsible for all recruitment including advertising vacancies both internally & externally, using agencies where necessary, responding to applications, carrying out reference requests, invitations to interview and conducting first interviews.
Carrying out leavers processes including conducting exit interviews
Assisting with advising and guiding managers and supervisors through group policies and procedures such as disciplinary and grievance.
Collaboratively working on projects with the management team and group HR
Assisting the group HR manager in ensuring that all HOD’s schedule reviews and appraisals promptly
Managing the staff accommodation
Assisting the group HR manager in the organisation of staff events throughout the year
Inducting every new member of the team on their first day in the business.
Carrying out any training on new or updated processes and procedures with the team.
Taking responsibility for all training and development plans of the Another Place
English & Maths GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent)
Demonstrable experience of working within an Administrative function
Demonstrable experience of working in Human Resources previously
CIPD recognised HR qualification
Previous work experience within a Hospitality environment
Health & Safety Qualification
Sympathetic and understanding nature
Good organisational skills
Task prioritisation and delegation
Basic I.T. skills
Ability to write clearly and concisely
Ability to work in a sometimes busy and noisy environment
