As School Liaison Officer you will contribute to and support the development and implementation of comprehensive information, advice and guidance (IAG) services on the Rathbone Training curriculum offer to all age groups across England.
Your role will involve:
developing and implementing positive relationships with local schools, employers and associated organisations to sustain and maximise Rathbone Training presence at external events.
collaborating closely across internal departments to assist in the realisation of high quality engagement activities and student experiences promoting progression and recruitment opportunities.
working within the Community and Engagement team to build Rathbone’s brand and increase the number of referrals onto Rathbone’s programmes.
The key outputs to this post will be:
Increased engagement activities with schools/academies and other educational providers
Improved transition and operational process implemented with potential students from regional schools/academies and other educational providers
Consistent customer relationship practice is delivered and maintained which adds value and assists in the development Rathbone Training as lead providers in the geographies in which they operate
