We are recruiting for a Resource Allocation Coordinator to support the MacIntyre No Limits services in Buckinghamshire, covering maternity leave. The post is part-time for four days a week (daytime), and you will be travelling between the Flackwell Heath office in High Wycombe and the Aylesbury office. It is a Term time only contract for 42 weeks per year.

As it is to cover maternity leave, the post is likely to be for 12 months although this may be subject to change. Due to start in August 2018 however we need to complete recruitment checks first on the successful candidate.

No Limits is a specialised division within MacIntyre providing innovative education programmes in the community for young people with learning disabilities; helping them transition between formal education and adulthood.

Reporting to our local management team, you will plan and oversee the management of a staffing and resources rota to meet the needs of the young people that we support. You will record staff leave, sickness and additional hours, ensuring that the rota is covered at all times.

You will be a competent administrator with excellent IT skills, including the use of bespoke databases and Microsoft Excel. You'll be an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing. You will be able to plan and prioritise your workload effectively, often working to tight deadlines.

You will need a driving licence and your own transport insured for business use.
