We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to provide leadership, management, and development of a prestigious contract ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded.



Wates Smartspace FM provides a Total Facilities Management (TFM) solution for our clients, self-delivering planned and reactive M&E services, with an absolute focus on 100% uptime of critical building infrastructure.



Smartspace FM also oversees the delivery of all soft services encompassing cleaning and hygiene, catering, hospitality, vending, reprographics, mail room, front of house, porter services and security.



Key Accountabilities will include:




Monitoring and reviewing day-to-day delivery including performance of key service partners and specialist subcontractors, ensuring compliance with the agreed specification
Auditing every site monthly for compliance, consistent service levels and improvement opportunities
Ensuring customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders
Establishing robust procedures for effective planning, organisation and control of the services
Managing all financial agreements with supply chain partners
Rolling out best practice approaches and providing access to innovative technologies
Overseeing our health, safety & environment management protocols in line with client policy and the site specific risk mitigation approaches
Supporting and providing data to facilitate strategic review and implementation of positive service changes




We are looking for an experienced Service Manager from a facilities management background with a proven track record of delivering high service levels in a corporate setting.



To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders



This role will require limited visits to our head office in Leatherhead but frequent visits to East Grinstead and Seaford, West Sussex.
