We have an opportunity for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our SES division based onsite in York, to coordinate MEP services using appropriate information and produce installation and fabrication drawings for the SES project team and PRISM offsite manufacturing.

Key Accountabilities include:

Producing /amending information in accordance with project standards, BEP etc.
Ensuring models are spatially coordinated
Escalating clashes/interface issues to Task Interface Manager
Submitting information for approval in accordance with target dates set out in the Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP)

We are looking for a qualified BIM coordinator with M&E experience in the Construction industry along with in depth knowledge of coordination good practice for main services distribution routes, risers and plantrooms with the ability to integrate offsite manufacturing solutions.

To be successful in the role you will have good communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner and the ability to work under pressure, to strict timetables and with an exceptional level of accuracy.
