What will you be doing?
Our award winning customer service team provide support to over 18,000 customers in areas across Yorkshire, they offer various contact options for customers including online and email equating to 3000 contacts per month! The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing customers with prompt, professional and accurate information to resolve customer enquiries. The team are looking for a professional customer focussed administrator to deliver an excellent customer service experience.

Be the first point of contact in providing an excellent service via email, social media, fax and written correspondence
Maintain and update databases providing customers with prompt, professional and accurate information
Make outbound calls to both customers and partners, including maintenance contractors
Contribute ideas and deliver improvements to the quality of the service
Act as an ambassador within the business and in all dealings with customers to nurture and promote YH’s values and passion for service excellence
This role is a full time (35 hour per week) on a 24 month fixed term contract.
What training will you get?
We will offer you full training on the job whilst you work towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification over 24 months. A Business Administration qualification provides a wide range of skills and knowledge including office and administration skills, customer-handling skills, technical and practical skills, business & communication skills and IT skills.
Our apprenticeship programme will also offer you opportunities of personal development, alongside gaining an insight into wider business operations. This excellent opportunity could potentially lead onto full time employment.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual with a passion and commitment to exceptional customer service, who would like to grow their career in business administration.
The ideal candidate would have GSCE grades A-C/ Level 4-9 or equivalent in Maths & English and good knowledge of using Microsoft applications and ICT systems.
