Glenmoor & Winton Academies are looking to appoint an experienced HR professional, who is an efficient and highly motivated individual to take on the role of HR Administrator within our academies on a part time basis, anticipated to be 3 days a week, open to flexibility. The role will be term time, plus two weeks.
This role will liaise closely with and work in conjunction with the HR Manager at another local United Learning School, who will help cover the role for the remaining days of the week.
The successful candidate must have HR experience, outstanding administrative and communications skills, be confident and able to provide clear and concise instruction and guidance, familiarity with a busy office environment expected.
Glenmoor & Winton Academies are busy places of learning and work so the ability to organise, prioritise and be flexible are key requirements.

The successful candidate will need to be highly competent in the use of IT and Microsoft packages, and have experience working with HR systems.
