An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Marketing and Events professional to plan, oversee and manage both internal and external college events including all Open Events, Newcastle College Graduation and a diverse range of events across all key target markets of 16-18 year olds, apprenticeships, adults, higher education and employers. The successful candidate will also contribute to, and take a lead role on, the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns for a range of internal clients.
You will possess a wealth of event management experience and be competent in initiating and managing events from the outset to completion. You will be to be comfortable and experienced in dealing with a range of stakeholders at all levels and must have experience of working with external suppliers to deliver high-profile events. You will be required to work on your own initiative and therefore excellent organisation skills are essential.
You will work within an energetic and forward thinking marketing team where you will be encouraged to bring ideas to the table which will have a positive impact on our current and future students. Within the role you will have the opportunity to become involved in a number of tasks and initiatives which allow you to develop your skills and experience across a number of disciplines.
