We have a vacancy for a Chef de Partie to work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, producing quality food for all catering activities, at this prestigious College.
This role will specifically be responsible for producing and serving high quality larder dishes, to include salad bars, cold meat platters and buffet style dining for College and events catering.
The successful candidates must be City & Guilds 706/1&2 qualified (or equivalent), hold a Food Hygiene Certificate and ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
The role is for 40 hours per week, various shifts (5 days out of 7) over 40 weeks per year.
