Our IT team are looking for an Access Management Analyst to join their team.




As an Access Management Analyst you’ll be responsible for managing the joiners, movers and leaver’s process for system access. They will be accountable for granting systems access for authorised users, removing and amending access, including auditing accounts for security and GDPR purposes.




Key Accountabilities include:

Receive and process access requests for all IT systems. Ensuring that only the correct access is provided to IT systems that enable a team member to do their job.
Responsible for creation and maintenance of user accounts and access rights. Ensuring that only the correct access and file permissions are provided to IT systems that enable a team member to do their job.
Maintaining security & GDPR compliance by reviewing access requests against Security, GDPR and Segregation of Duties policies
Responsible for processing account changes for movers and leavers to the business to ensure that the Wilko Business and IT systems are protected from unauthorised access.
Administer security and distribution group membership for user accounts through active directory
Provide updates and record all work undertaken in the IT Service Management tool, ensuring that customers are kept informed of progress at all times.
Escalate to both Business Leads / IT leads where requests do not meet the required standards and place the security of our systems at risk.
Performing a monthly audit of all Accounts, to ensure those which are not actively used are identified and removed if appropriate.
Provide User Access audit reports to Internal Audit and any other external agencies acting on behalf of Wilko.
Define and continue refine user access management policies as appropriate.





What we need from you:
Educated to minimum GCSE grade C standard or equivalent
Further or Higher education in IT related disciplines is advantageous
ITIL would be advantageous
Knowledge of directory services and how they interface with IT systems
Ability to work within a team, cross functionally and independently
Excellent customer service skills verbal and written
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail




Experience required:
Experience operating in a physical and virtual machine environment (citrix)
Experience within a similar role and knowledge of identity and access management
