MTCnovo is currently looking for the Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement.



You will be Reporting into the Director of Operational Transformation, and leading a small team.



As MTCnovo embarks on an extensive change programme to transform its service offering, your challenge will be to develop a range of employee engagement activities and compelling internal communications to help win hearts and minds and ensure everyone understands the role they have to play in the journey ahead of us.





Some of your responsibilities will include:


Develop an internal stakeholder strategy and a variety of activities to ensure active engagement with, and from, all employee groups.
Create opportunities for employees to share their ideas and concerns, and to provide feedback on key initiatives to help shape the Change Plan and ensure optimum engagement.
Develop, lead and own MTCnovo’s internal communications strategy and channels.
Work closely with MTCnovo’s Senior Executive Team to translate the organisation’s strategy and plans into clear internal messages.
Develop communications channels to raise the profile of, and ensure impactful visibility of MTCnovo’s leaders.
Establish a corporate voice and ensure it is used consistently by all key stakeholders for internal communications.
Work closely with External Communications colleagues to ensure close alignment between internal and external communications and stakeholder engagement.




We are looking ideally for someone with track record of developing and implementing impactful internal communications and employee engagement strategies, plans and campaigns for diverse audiences, aligned to business objectives. We are looking also for someone with experience of managing change communications.
