Established in 1971 Hugh Rice is a family owned independent jewellers with an ever-growing store presence. Having flourished from a small basement store in Hull, our store portfolio consists of 3 Hugh Rice multi-brand stores, 2 Luxe by Hugh Rice and 10 Pandora concept stores.

The role



An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Head Offices in Hull for an Office Administrator to join the ever-growing Operations team, providing a high level of support, contributing to the overall success of the department.



You will play your part in carrying out a wide range of administrative duties whilst supporting with the day to day running of the department and wider teams.



Duties to include:




Organisation of venue hire for external meetings and events, including hospitality and hosting duties were required
Content and materials preparation for induction days, workshops, training days etc.
Provide administration support with big recruitment drives such as Christmas
Travel and accommodation requests for the wider business including the board of Directors
Upkeep of stationery and supplies for the Head Office.
Hospitality duties to visitors within the Head Office
Health & Safety duties within the Head Office ensuring we are compliant at all times
General administrative duties




The candidate



The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude, a real team player, who recognises they play an integral role within the Operations team.



With a strong eye for detail, the successful candidate must be able to uphold the quality and precision of their work whilst working well under pressure. You will showcase excellent time management skills by prioritising and having a proactive approach at all times.



Strong communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with people at all levels throughout the business supporting were necessary.



Previous experience working within an Administration role is preferred but not essential.
