This role requires an in-depth understanding of the social care sector, experience in writing a bid end to end and ability to take an idea and create an offer of services, working in collaboration with our operational teams.

Our Business Development Manager will have a track record in growing an Adult Social Care division, understand our delivery and work closely and collaboratively with our operational teams. Fluent in writing an attractive bid and presenting to Local Authorities. Ability to conduct effective research, competitor analysis and intelligence capability; able to react swiftly to any key local and national procurement. Able to write diverse bids and able to explore any other new compatible markets in line with our business plan.
