Role: Network Support Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, normal business hour
Positioned within Gamma’ Operational team reporting to the Network Director, the Technical Administrator is required to work with all the line/departmental managers within the network team to collate and capture KPI data for reports and assist them in ensuring the reports are sent out within set timescales. The data will include capture of data for both project/support/change/network performance and Gamma NOC function. As the role is across multiple departments/functions it is imperative you are highly organized and disciplined. As a technical administrator, you will be required to update schedules, host internal service reviews and take minutes and update agendas accordingly.
As you will be working in an engineering environment it is desirable that you have demonstrable experience from a similar background.
Given the cross departmental functionality the role will vary in terms of day to day activities and hence require a dynamic individual who can work in fast paced complex environment.
Produce monthly performance reports across the Support/Delivery and Network Operation Centre functions.
Capture and report data for all network change works scheduled.
Produce reports for Customer Service Reviews
Update and schedule monthly internal Service Reviews including capturing minutes and updating key agenda items.
Liaise and schedule both internal and external customer meetings
Support Office based administrations support within the Network Team
Provide Administration support to the Network Program /Project teams
Results orientated and quality focused.
Responsive to change, operating within a fast paced Wholesale/Business Telecommunications environment.
Must be a self-starter, proactive, highly organized, and capable of working well with individuals at all levels in the organization. Will possess good interpersonal, written, oral, and analytical skills, as well as being innovative and dedicated.
Ability to be a Team Member, but also able to work under own initiative
Applicants will typically be qualified to tertiary level with minimum GCSE’s in English, Math’s and science a degree equivalent would be desirable. Have demonstrable experience in similar role/environment.
Demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks of varying complexity.
Competent user of Microsoft operating systems and applications; Excel/Word, Office, and Share point essential.
IT related qualifications preferable
Demonstrate previous experience working within a senior management support function.
