BUUK Infrastructure are currently recruiting for 3 x ICT Service Desk Analysts

This role is a permanent, full time 37.5 hours per week position, working Monday - Friday



Job Purpose
The ICT Service Desk Analyst will provide IT support for BUUK’s internal customers, ensuring that Service Level Agreement are achieved, and offer great customer service by using their IT and business knowledge.



The successful candidate will have excellent customer engagement skills to support the remote user base via telephone and written communication. Accuracy of record keeping and attention to detail is essential.



The ICT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for accurately logging and recording activities in ITSM making sure they correctly categorised the incidents and service requests.
Service Desk Analysts are responsible for showing evidence of first line support troubleshooting before escalating or assigning a ticket to a different team.



Knowledge & Experience

Essential:


Experience working within an IT service desk environment.
Experience providing remote support to users.
Good understanding of Security and aware cyber security best practices.
Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services and Thin Client technologies
Proven experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory and Exchange
Network troubleshooting.
Knowledge about DNS, VPN, NAC
ITSM knowledge
Advanced knowledge of Smartphones & mobile devices.




Preferable:


CompTIA A+ and Network+, Security + or equivalent desirable
Preferably ITIL certified.
