Based in Doncaster, the Graphic Designer will be a key member of the Motor Marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Director and supporting the B2B marketing function, internal comms and the Brand Manager with the design and development of a range of creative assets and campaigns.
As Motor’s Graphic Designer, you will be comfortable in taking the creative lead and managing the effective delivery of all design projects, from one-off pieces through to strategic campaigns designed to deliver set business KPIs. All activity must have a high visual impact.
You will also have excellent time and project management skills and will be able to take briefs from a range of internal stakeholders, working to set brand guidelines, a deadline and final delivery combined with the ability to organise a busy and varied workload.
You will steer design projects from initial brief or technical specification to the fulfilled end product including the origination and updating of collateral including online and offline material. This could include brochures, flyers, tactical marketing campaigns, print or digital adverts, sales support collateral, events assets, forms, business processing documents plus assisting HR and L&D with ad-hoc requests. Support with formal proposals or tenders, plus presentations may be required.
You will also be responsible for managing and administering the brand asset library, such as the photography library and adhering to brand guidelines across all projects.
The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of design industry software and a professional approach to time and deadlines. This will facilitate the delivery of design-led integrated campaigns across all channels.
At times, you may be required to work alongside our third party design agencies to deliver projects.
There will also be a requirement to work with the wider Marketing team and in some instances our local Compliance team to demonstrate an understanding of and compliance with regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
