Are you creative, with a passion for developing innovative marketing plans and then seeing them through to fruition? If so then the Together Housing Group wants to hear from you! We are currently recruiting for a marketing co-ordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will project manage the development of marketing collateral, both online and offline, overseeing the creative process to ensure the outputs are fitting of one of the country’s largest housing associations.
Your typical responsibilities will consist of:
Develop, implement and manage new marketing plans for all Group products and services in line with business priorities, liaising with marketing colleagues and internal clients.
To take the lead on bespoke marketing projects to promote the organisations products and services.
Devise, implement and manage the Marketing team’s quality assurance processes across the organisation, overseeing work flow and reporting on marketing metrics to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns against the organisation’s key performance indicators
Monitor marketing industry news and submit updates on emerging trends to management.
Act as the brand guardian for the suite of Group brands and provide expert advice and support to colleagues across the organisation
Project manage the implementation of any changes following the ongoing brand reviews
Monitor all marketing expenditure, reporting to the Marketing Manager on a monthly basis on budget position.
In order to fulfil this role to its capacity, you will require the following skills, knowledge and experiences:
Experience of working within a marketing position, in a customer facing (B2C) environment
Relevant experience within a marketing function
Experience in building, managing and seeing through to completion various marketing projects and plans, promoting different products
Proven experience of providing a comprehensive marketing service within a team environment
Due to the nature of the role, a full driving license with access to a vehicle insured for business use is required. This role is based in Blackburn but there is an expectation to travel to locations across Lancashire Yorkshire and Humber.

The salary starts at £27,221 with progression based on length of service, ability and successful passing of your probation period to £31,577 p/annum.
