Job Title: Food Account Manager – Pub Partners

Overview of role:

This is an exciting and dynamic role focused on maintaining and building great relationships with licensees, ensuring their purchasing preference is always Greene King. The candidate will need to truly care about the customers and be able to naturally maximise their value by making us the first port of call for all of their food needs

Key Responsibilities:

Grow and retain existing customer base through effective partnerships.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers, attending face to face meetings alongside regular contact by telephone and email.
Understanding your customers’ needs and tailoring the offer to suit their requirements
Increasing the individual account sales by identifying areas to provide added value to our customers

Skills Required:

Selling GK goods and services
Problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise, ensuring that a great customer experience is at the centre of all decisions made
Providing clear feedback to the rest of the business to ensure that all aspects of the customer experience is improving continuously
Work collaboratively with the Supply Chain controller, K & N, Marketing Assistant and training team
Creative flare and a passion for food and standards
Well organised, with strong attention to detail
Clear communicator, both written and in person
Consistently deliver on commitments, despite challenging timescales and competing priorities
