In this role you’ll manage a team of Product Administrators and provide strong leadership to ensure we offer a market leading service.
This role will focus on managing a team whose responsibility is to process manufactured protection business from receipt of an application to the issue of a policy.

ensure strict adherence to Compliance, FCA, HMRC, The Pensions Regulator and the Serious Fraud Office Regulations
ensure strict adherence to Risk planning and mitigation in line with Wesleyan and FSA guidance
setup and maintain strict adherence to processes, procedures and business controls to ensure no customer detriment around areas such as; capital requirements, disclosure, inflation adjusted projections and conflicts of interests
To be considered for this role you must have experience of managing a customer focused team and have the ability to positively manage change and proactively motivate and lead the team.
Excellent communication skills are required as you’ll build professional working relationships within the Society as well as have the opportunity to get involved in projects running across Life and Pensions, making sure we are working as efficiently as possible.
