[This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Intermediary Sales Team at Paymentshield, working closely and supporting our Key Account partners, face to face and telephony teams over the telephone and via email. Working closely with other departments to manage all activity that the field team delegate that involves liaising with internal stakeholders. You will manage network events for the sales team, manage and action the Sales Operations inbox, deal with issues and complaints, arrange meetings and drive efficiency and effectiveness within the overall Sales Team. The role will involve attending national network meetings and events where necessary.
Job Outline: To support the sales management team to drive growth from accounts through facilitating strong interdepartmental and customer relationships. To be on hand and ensure that customer and stakeholder queries are dealt with the same day wherever possible and resolved.
Principal Objectives & Responsibilities:
To support the Sales Management Team, networks and Key Accounts with sales support and administration.
Coordinate any network events with sales team, marketing, post room and networks to ensure all events are effectively managed and details provided in good time. Ensure follow up activity is carried out in a timely manner.
Ensure KA Meeting actions are dealt with and followed up in a timely manner.
Must be willing to travel when required and work outside of office hours where required for needs of the business (occasional)
During the first three months the successful candidate will be required to spend a few days in the field meeting network staff and getting up to speed in all sides of the face to face sales role and network strategy.
Strong understanding of the departments in PSL and how things work operationally.
Strong understanding of how the sales team and areas work
Excellent organisational Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self starter with high energy, able to work on their own to implement sales strategies in line with sales objectives.
