About the role:
We are seeking two highly motivated and collaborative Change Managers to join our Change team and drive our business transformation. Working from Senior Management Stakeholders to hands-on Subject Matter Experts, you will partner across all organisational levels on business initiatives and projects. Based in Cambridge whilst leveraging technology, you’ll engage with our international branches, appreciating cultural differences and coaching colleague toward common goals.
You will have a wide scope for an innovative individual to engage the business bringing fresh ideas, an enthused approach and shaping how successful change can be delivered. Exchanging best practice ideas within our Change team, you have the flexibility to refresh and expand our stakeholder engagement model, including the tools and techniques that are best applied to each situation.
You will directly identify with our behavioural values; collaborative, decisive, empowering, innovative, responsible and responsive. You will excel at communication, taking colleagues with you on the journey of both individual and shared responsibility. You will be proud of your demonstrable track record realising measurable business change objectives. You will enjoy partnering Project Managers, showing how business change helps them achieve business success.
As a business professional, you have a desire to continuously learn about both business practices and human behaviour. You will be equally comfortable with a technical and non-technical audience. You will use your natural empathy as an advantage to stimulate and develop seamless change.
Your last job title will include the word Change or Transformation.
