Reporting to the Senior Credit Controller, this role is responsible for the raising invoices, the collection of sundry debt and the management of customer accounts of both business customers and individuals. The post holder will also be expected to seek opportunities to improve processes wherever possible.





The successful candidate will have experience of income management and credit control, dealing with a broad range of customers both individuals and businesses using computerised credit control processes. S/he will be educated to A level standard or equivalent and will possess, or be willing to work towards, a credit control qualification.
