We are seeking an experienced purchase ledger administrator who can step into a temporary role providing cover for a member of staff who is on a secondment until 31 July 2018 at the earliest.

The purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of an effective purchase ledger and purchase ordering function that supports Thirteen to deliver its objectives.

Candidates should be educated to GCSE level A-C in Maths and English and have:

The ability to perform administrative duties, collate information, process and input data
• The ability to communicate with customers and colleagues clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of financial information and confidentiality
• The ability to prioritise tasks to achieve deadlines
