About the role:
We are looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Services Representative to work collaboratively within our customer services team, providing an efficient and quality service to our global customers. In this role you will provide a comprehensive service to our customers by helping and resolving our customer and vendor enquiries and system related issues. You will be involved heavily with the analysis of high volumes of data and ensuring access is provided for large sales.
You will be an efficient, self-motivated individual who is able to provide an excellent service to our customers and internal contacts globally, utilising your Spanish language skills. Confidence and competence in using MS Office package and high proficiency in spreadsheet functions will be required.
With this in mind, we are looking for someone who can communicate with people at all levels and remain approachable in a pressured environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in a customer services environment, have an excellent telephone manner and possess an aptitude for technology.
