The Role - Partner Sales Manager:



We are looking for a forward-thinking exceptional Partner Sales Manager. The candidate should be a successful sales negotiator, business manager and motivator. Running your individual territory you will be responsible for new Partner recruitment, Partner training, ongoing managements and business planning. You will be selling a mix of services through the partners such as deregulated water, fixed line, fibre, gas and electricity.



This role is based at our Manchester office with some field visits and regular visits to our Hamilton office in Scotland. The role will report directly into the Partner Sales Director, you will be responsible for:




New Partner acquisition
Onboarding training for all new Partners
Ongoing training & coaching of all Partners
Regular meetings to ensure sales forecasts are achieved
Providing regular reporting on Partner sales performance
Strategic input to future product and marketing initiatives
The growth of sales in water, fixed line, broadband, fibre, gas and electricity




The Person:




A proven track record in delivering high sales volumes
Ability to recruit new high volume of new Partners
Experience of managing B2B sales teams or 3rd party/outsourced sales
Good presentation skills and a great telephone manner
A high level of self-motivation, time management and organisational skill
