We’re looking for an experienced trades professional to join our property repairs and improvements company in the role of Supervisor. This post is key in ensuring the management of all operatives and sub-contracted labour in line with H&S policies and current legislative requirements. Key responsibilities include the delivery of decoration, fire remedial works and garage refurbishment programmes to agreed time, cost and quality targets.You will also be required to provide cover across additional programmes when required, therefore experience in delivery of other planned programmes is an advantage.
Candidates should have a good all round construction background with specific knowledge and skills in the following trades / work areas; carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying, groundworks, roofing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom installations and decorating. You must have previous experience of conducting pre and post inspections which have delivered on improved standards, along with excellent supervisory abilities.
