Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager the Database & Marketing Operations Executive will manage and deliver the full end-to-end process of the lead management cycle, from marketing campaigns to sales follow-up.
This role is responsible for the ownership of campaign data; to ensure quality and accuracy, working with sales and the campaign managers to accurately select data for campaigns.
Upload of new data sources into Marketo – ensuring quality and accuracy of all records uploaded. Data will need matching/enhancing using existing sources plus online research to add value to the quality of the contact.
Aligning leads to sales using the most up to date lead allocation information. Leads are managed across multiple CRM’s – NetSuite, Pivotal and ACE.
Working with marketing operations to deliver closed loop reporting on campaigns and to report on data updates on a weekly basis.
Daily processing of new leads to ensure the ‘fast flow’ of leads to telemarketing/telesales, from data matching to lead upload into multiple CRMs
Qualification of new contacts to ensure data completeness; quality of information and relevance to ensure they are correctly routed to the appropriate sales team/person
Alignment of leads to the correct marketing campaigns, to ensure accurate reporting
Daily management and processing of webform enquiries
Daily lead loading and bulk lead uploads from marketing campaigns and events into multiple CRMs
Collate, track and manage rejected leads and ensure they are correctly processed back into Marketo
Produce daily, weekly and monthly lead processing reports
Data & CRM
Maintain all record in compliance with the latest GDPR regulations, and automate processes where possible to ensure IRIS contacts are kept up to date
Improve data quality on an ongoing basis, to improve campaign quality and response (maintain, update and match data across multiple CRM systems)
Work with campaign managers and sales to ensure that campaign data and call-out lists are selected and targeted effectively to maximise ROI
Manage the entry/upload of new data into Marketo/CRMs from multiple sources – web, third-parties. Data needs validation prior to upload, including matching/enhancing using existing sources plus online research to add value to the quality of the contact
Working across the wider IRIS Group to collaborate on shared campaigns – specifically HCM division to support the delivery of joint campaigns which mutually benefit the Group
Management of the marketing Inbox/campaign mailboxes – to support multiple activities/requests from customers and prospects
Event lead reporting and management – registrations, attendees, event badging
Manchester telesales and telemarketing teams
Telemarketing/telesales monthly call campaign planning
Telemarketing/telesales call campaign loading and assigning in CRMs
Good Standard of Maths and English
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, data matching)
Proven experience in working with Data from multiple sources and CRM systems
Excellent communications skills – across business teams and wider business units
Strong report writer
Microsoft Dynamics CRM OR Pivotal OR NetSuite advantageous
Awareness of marketing automation platforms (Marketo or similar)
An analytical mind – inquisitive and interested in making data useful
Ability to work to a deadline
