In this key role you will:

Working closely with the Account Management team in Payroll, responsible for key accounts, contacting agreed customer set, managing day to day queries and transactions, generate additional sales revenue from customers through effective cross-sell and up sell activity of our payroll product set. Additionally, to identify opportunities for Cascade HR sales to this key account base, qualify, demo and sell.

Some of the main accountabilities will include:

To create and execute a sales strategy within agreed customer accounts
To implement relevant campaigns to the key accounts to create pipeline and opportunities
To exceed targets by maximizing revenue and billings for the business
To create new pipeline through telephones based activity and achieve agreed KPI’s as directed by your manager
Prepare business proposals for prospects
Maintain accurate records and submit accurate and timely reports as and when required.
Prepare and deliver presentations as and when required
Attend conferences and exhibitions countrywide when required
Support the company’s product development process with structured feedback from customers
Provide overview product demonstrations of the IRIS Payroll range of software to prospects
Work proactively with marketing offering campaign ideas for call out and specific e-shot activity

What are we looking for?

Excellent customer service skills- experience of dealing with existing clients
Proven track record of software sales
Knowledge of the HR profession, professional services or generic IT software products would be advantageous.
Microsoft Office literate
Strong sales forecast reporting
Software demonstrations
Experience of speaking to senior management FD’s, MD’s etc
Previous Sales Training i.e. open questions, call handling, overcoming objections, persuasion skills etc, would be advantageous
