Support Worker* Ref: SL/525
£16,330 - £17,600 per annum (pro rata)
30 hours per week
(Shifts on a rota basis, 24 hours 365 days per year. Shift patterns include waking night duty, varied day shift patterns and may include sleep-in shifts)

St. Anne’s is an award-winning Organisation within the Adult Social Care sector providing wide-ranging support to clients across the North of England. We are currently looking for Support Workers who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for our clients.
We provide care and support to clients who live in their own homes, providing 1-1 support to clients who have learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and communication difficulties. You will need to support clients with all aspects of daily living, including maintaining their homes, cooking, cleaning and shopping. You will be required to support clients with personal care.
A full driving licence is required and you must be prepared to drive clients own manual vehicles.
You must either possess a Level 2/3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards this once in post.
