Compliance Administrator Duties & Responsibilities: Sole purpose of your role is to take new recruits through the induction process from start to finish Managing and greeting candidates through the interview process. Taking copies of documents; Identification, Certificates of Qualifications etc. Going through application forms and documents, ensuring the forms are completed accurately Managing the candidates file from initial registration and working to get them fully registered and compliant as quickly as possible in line with company & industry guidelines. Carrying out DBS applications online Conduct identification calls with candidates (facetime) Updating systems and guidelines Assisting staff of various levels Ensuring company guidelines are adhered to Organisation & control of all stock for company PPE Compliance Administrator Skills & Experience Good understanding of Microsoft packages Proven experience working in compliance administration Able to take a hands on approach to your workload Having a positive can do attitude Excellent communications skills Ability to work to monthly targets Reasons to join Fully mobile / cloud based CRM software - you can recruit from anywhere.
