Customer Service Advisor 360 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading organisation, and friendly, growing team based in central Poole. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for taking inbound calls and responding to emails, ensuring that customer's orders are processed and dealt with efficiently and effectively. Using your excellent communication skills, you will liaise with customers, building rapport whilst accurately obtaining all customer information required to run credit vets, ensuring that the internal system is updated at all times and all paperwork and policies are adhered to. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for: Respond to inbound calls and emails in a prompt, polite and efficient manner; quickly establishing rapport with the caller and completing data protection verifications. Being an expert on all elements of the services - including network tariffs, returns and exchange policies and procedure and escalation routes. Providing solutions that best support the customer in line with their needs. Plan time effectively to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Use standard operating procedure to ensure you deliver a consistent positive customer experience. Working to meet or exceed KPI targets relating to customer service performance and compliance. Maintaining the CRM systems, ensuring data is entered accurately. Skills and Attributes required for the Customer Service Advisor: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative Working knowledge of Microsoft office and associated software Have a genuine passion for customers. Excellent telephone manner. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
