We are a young, passionate team that aim to help our customers with our desire to facilitate and accelerate the process of linking riders to drivers while keeping their safety a priority.
The Business Development Manager will identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, build customer relations and close sales.
Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
* Identify business opportunities and engage with potential clients
* Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, guidance, and information
* Understand the company's market position in order to define offers and sales plans that will grow the customer base
* Visit prospect and current clients constantly
* Create and manage a sales plan forecast
* Work as a team with marketing and product development
* Develop and maintain professional client relationships
* Provide basic operational and tech support to the client, directing to appropriate support team when necessary
* Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
* Report directly to the CEO
Requirements for the Business Development Manager:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales/Business Development/Customer Liaison role
* Able to build rapport with a range of clients
* Friendly, approachable and confident
* Motivated and sales and customer service orientated
* Attention to detail, analysis and problem assessment
* Excellent customer service
* Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, as well as basic WordPress and CRM system knowledge
* A relevant degree or diploma in is desirable
