Our client is changing the way companies schedule their workforce with their own cutting edge, data-driven software.
After great success they are now looking to develop their own SDR lead generation team and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to come on board to develop, train and coach this team.
The role
You will build and lead an SDR team, taking ownership of setting the team's strategy, implementing metrics and looking at entering new markets. You would be directly responsible for a team of 3 with a view to grow over time. As a SDR Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive outbound lead generation and inbound conversions, while mentoring team members and serving as a bridge between the SDR team and Account Executives.
Day to day responsibilities
·Train and mentor Sales Development Representatives (SDR's) on outreach tactics, time management, objection handling and prospecting tactics
·Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation and creative incentives
·Nurture SDR talent to build a bench of prospective Account Executives
·Own and maintain ongoing analysis of inbound and outbound lead generation performance/efficacy with core metrics, presenting to Executive leadership on progress
·Partner with additional Sales leadership to strategize and optimize entire sales pipeline activity while working to improve lead conversion rates and build pipeline
·Embody our clients' core values and act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally
About you
We're looking for an experienced SDR manager who thrives on building, coaching and training successful outbound focused sales development teams, as well as creating fun, motivated, and high-energy team cultures based on a shared set of values.
What are the requirements?

·A proven track record of sales success
·Experience in B2B Sales Development/lead generation
·Experience in SaaS would be beneficial
·Solution oriented approach to selling and excellent listening skills
·Experience of growing and scaling a successful outbound focused Sales Development team
·Proven track record establishing, achieving or exceeding measurable goals
·Excellent communication and organizational skills
