Job Description

The Commercial Division of the SF Group are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to support their Loughborough based team in the delivery of customer's account plans.

Key responsibilities:

- Completion of supplier forms and pre-qualification forms
- Assist the manger with completing and achieving deadlines
- Creating new responses to best answer the requirements in order to win new business
- Managing all the customer portals in order to keep our business profile up to date
- Creating service level agreements for customers in order to have contracts in place
- Generating monthly reports for both internal and external customers-Management information
- Completing ad hoc requests from both internal and external customers
- Creating sales KPI's each month to provide information for the sales team and sales director
- Ensuring all our compliant certificates are up to date
- Assist the CRM manger with internal CRM system
- Providing monthly reports to senior management for their reporting
- Liaising with the account managers in order to communicate with the customer

The candidate:

- Highly creative individual with strong abilities on PowerPoint and presentations
- Motivated and confident with strong writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Educated at degree level is desirable
- Strong team management and prioritising skills
- Strong team player with the ability to network with all departments
- Proficient user of MS Office, including Excel.

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm
