We are seeking a committed and experienced Deputy Clinical Manager to join to join our client's busy Dialysis Unit based in Bridlington, a coastal town on the Holderness Coast of the North Sea situated in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
This is a full time position covering various shifts between Mon/Wed/Fri 6.45am to 11.15pm and Tues/Thurs/Sat 6.45am to 12.45pm.

The successful candidate will participate in budget planning, monitoring supplies and maintaining Quality Management Systems, you will play an important role in ensuring the clinic is compliant with standards and performing effectively.
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Completion of Renal Nursing qualification (ENB 998) or equivalent Renal qualification
Completion of mentorship qualification
Minimum of three years' post-registration Dialysis experience
Ability to manage, motivate, support, develop and lead a department.
