Job Description

An excellent role on offer for a Service Manager looking to join a rapidly expanding company where you will manage a team of experts, whilst progressing your career into Senior Management.

Have you got experience of supervising and/or managing a team of engineers? Do you have a civils, construction or utilities background?

This company specialise in the high quality communication networks that connect millions of properties across the UK. They have recently signed a contract worth over £100m to install their services across Southern England. They have ambitious plans to continue their growth and are looking for a Service Manager who will be instrumental in this growth.

This role will be a combination of office based and providing technical support to the engineers out in the field. You will manage a team of 6 engineers and you will be responsible for leading and training your team. The hands on element to the role will be installing and testing fibre optic broadband for their loyal customers.

This role would ideally suit a Service Manager from a civils or construction background, looking to manage a team of engineers whilst progressing into senior management.

The Role:

Combination of office and field based
Managing a team of 6 engineers
£32,000 - £35,000 + Progression + Overtime + Training + Excellent Benefits
Installing and testing fibre optic broadband

The Person:

Must have management or supervisory experience
Come from a construction, civils or utilities background
Full driving license
