This nurse-led residential home for adults with complex needs, is seeking a Deputy Manager to help lead a 20 bedded home. You will lead by example, delivering hands-on nursing care and delivering strong leadership to your team.
At the forefront of clinical care delivery, as Deputy Manager you will be responsible in providing strong leadership to develop and improve the standard of daily living. You will be ensuring that the Specialist Care Centre runs effectively and efficiently and that the care provided is of the highest quality.
Deputy Manager benefits include:
Salary up to £38,000
This role will require you to work 2 x 12-hour shifts per week, with the rest of your 40 hour week being supernumerary.

Ongoing training to help you build your clinical skillsAs a Deputy Manager you will be:
Managing the clinical and care teams
Carrying out pre-admission assessments
Conducting supervisions and appraisals
Auditing, reviewing and updating care plans and medication records
Managing staffing levels, compiling rotas etc.
