TuVida have an exciting opportunity for a Performance and Information Analyst to join their team.

Location: Remote working

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Performance and Information Analyst - The Role:

You will be responsible for providing analytical and technical support in the development, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data to all internal and external stakeholders.

Analysis of this data will support both ongoing work of the organisation, new innovations, and opportunities to develop the business.

An important part of the role will be to provide first level support to service managers to enable them to resolve data quality issues and develop their understanding of their performance information.

To develop, deploy and deliver effective performance and information services that will promote and ensure that contractual and business objectives are met.

Performance and Information Analyst - Key Responsibilities:

- To analyse, develop, interpret and present a high standard of information through the use of dashboards. To support and promote the use and understanding of information provided. Feedback information to service providers and where appropriate challenge variations in performance

- To produce a range of reports for all services, to be provided to commissioners, managers, Chief Officers Group and the Board of Trustee's

- To ensure the regular and routine reporting for internal and external requirement, within deadlines and required standards

- To support the development and monitoring of performance indicators and benchmarking to monitor a range of indicators for specific areas and contracts. To assist the Area and Service Managers in developing and implementing action plans and monitoring progress

- To undertake and complete complex ah-hoc requests and to ensure concerns are escalated where appropriate

- To support the provision of training and support to managers in the use of information systems and business intelligence

- As part of the wider business and commercial team, help develop a culture that balances the effectiveness of service delivery with the use of resources - ensuring that changes in practice can be assessed against business need and opportunities to meet the needs of commissioners

- To ensure information provided is validated, accurate, appropriate, and presented to the correct standard

- To monitor and investigate data quality issues, ensuring problems are brought to the attention of the appropriate manager

- To assist in the design, development and administration of new information systems and reports e.g. Data warehouse

- To support the management of a range of contracts / SLA's with commissioners by establishing and maintaining regular robust reporting mechanisms and quality measurers

- To support the delivery of projects aimed at improving the delivery of services. Monitor progress using information systems and provide reports to the project lead

- To attend and participate in meetings such as service level meetings, commercial working party and any other ad-hoc meetings

Performance and Information Analyst - You:

- To be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience

- Qualification in general computer skills to ECDL level or evidence of equivalent level of competence. Advanced spreadsheet and database skills

- Experience of data management and analysis

- Experience of working in a health and social care setting

- Good knowledge of GDPR legislation and application

- Ability to manage workload to reach performance targets and meet deadlines

- Ability to work as part of a team with a commitment to continuous improvement

- Ability to effectively communicate and network with a wide range of stakeholders

- Excellent planning and management skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience of developing system enhancements to an outcomes/monitoring process

- High level of attention to detail

- Ability to analyse complex information

- Understanding of performance management monitoring

- Understanding of Impact management

- Able to demonstrate understanding of confidentiality
