BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / BDM / TECHNOLOGY SALES

An amazing opportunity has risen within the technology industry for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / BDM to join a rapidly growing start-up company based within the recruitment sector.

This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to make a move away from recruitment but still have an avid interest & be passionate about technology.

This company although in its infancy have broken down barriers in recruitment technology & are already looking trebling in size within the next 6 months.

Based in London, initially you will work remotely but be experienced in using Google Meet, Microsoft TEAMS & Zoom.

Paying a competitive basic salary with an outstanding commission structure (30%) this exciting opportunity is for someone who wants to make a difference, wants to earn good money & establish themselves in helping this company.

You will:

  • Come from a recruitment background;
  • Have experience of working in technology;
  • Be ambitious with a strong work ethic;
  • Have a strong desire to win new business;
  • Be hungry to earn lots of money.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will speak to existing & new clients about how this service can improve their business;
  • You work in tandem with the current sales team;
  • You will bring new ideas to the table regarding best practice in order to target new companies;
  • Be motivated & willing to participate in team meetings;
  • You will have a proven track record in hitting KPIs
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team.
