The role will involve maintenance, comparison and analysis of data to aid HR reporting and data alignment. The role is based in Manchester.
Our client are a global manufacturing company who continue to experience and make plans for further growth. Following expansion, a data-focused project has arisen and they are recruiting for an HR Analyst to support them for a minimum 12 month period. Our client are based in Manchester.
The key responsibilities for the HR Analyst are ensuring the HRIS system is up to date, collating and inputting employee changes, maintaining accurate data for reporting and decision making, working with large Excel spreadsheets, assisting with the improvement of processes, completing ad hoc administrative tasks. The role is based in Manchester.
