My client is an outstanding professional services firm with a strong reputation for their progressive culture and employee orientated ethos. An new opportunity has arisen for a Secretarial Support Manager to join their vibrant team.
The key part of this role is to ensure that the legal support team meets the demands of their stakeholders. You will drive a client-focused service working closely with your team to deliver administrative solutions.
The heart of this role will be people management. You will manage performance, appraisals and reviews and also be pivotal in the onboarding process.You will identify training needs and take responsibility for pastoral care. There will be a real focus on ensuring that the teams work seamlessly building strong relationships with stakeholders and taking an active role within recruitment and selection. You will in addition provide management information reporting and assist with the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Alongside the above you will deal with all compliance and encourage and drive engagement in company initiatives and leading on company projects.
Applicants MUST have experience of managing support staff within a legal or professional services environment.
