Location: Oxted (we also have Retail teams based in in Cardiff and Grangemouth therefore we can consider applicants to work in these locations. Please note, the successful candidate will initially work from home temporarily due to COVID-19 restrictions)
Contract type: Permanent, 35 hours per week.
Salary: £21,831 per annum

Could you produce a range of engaging communications and marketing materials to enhance our retail activity internally and externally?

We've an exciting opportunity for a Retail Communications and Marketing Officer.

In this role you will help us promote our charity shops and retail business. What's more, this new position is an excellent opportunity to shape the role and really make it your own.

You'll assist the Retail Communications & Marketing Manager in the planning and delivery of internal communications to engage staff and volunteers, as well as organising marketing activity that will entice people to our retail brand externally.

As someone who can tell a great story, you'll help us connect Retail customers and donors to the British Red Cross' work and show them how their support helps people who need it most.

If the idea of creating and scheduling dynamic content for online and digital tools, coordinating point of sale materials for campaigns and projects, and supporting shop teams with local social media activity motivates you, then we'd love to hear from you. This role would be perfect for you if you've previously been in an assistant marketing or internal communications role and would love the opportunity to step up.
