Ability to generate innovative new ideas to attract, retain and motivate employees through total rewards programs that are flexible to the needs of the company.
Ability to see a big picture combined with hands on work approach and ability to follow through. Negotiates and influences on complex and/or contentious issues at all levels. Ability to successfully facilitate design meetings, persuade and negotiate design mechanics, and deliver presentations to all levels of team members, including senior management; Customer service focus with ability to forge partnerships within the business at all levels. Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Manager leads the design, development and delivery of total rewards strategies. Through these strategies, this position drives the development of programs designed to support the organization's attraction, motivation and retention of human capital as well as the capture of information required to manage human capital and develop future strategy.
As a part of the global HR team, this is a remote position that requires a flexible work schedule to support different time zones.
Travel may be required (up to 35%). Duties & Responsibilities Manages total rewards strategy and delivery. Develops new program recommendations, considering various internal and external factors. Facilitates the discussions, develops, drafts and implements new and annual plans and programs. Analyzes the cost/benefit impact of designed programs using routine to complex financial models. Analyzes the effectiveness of existing programs to include pay-for-performance and cost/benefit analyses. Builds support for new programs and/or program redesigns through the development of comprehensive proposals / business cases.
Oversees the operation and regular review of assigned total reward programs to ensure they meet the organization's desired outcomes. Provides leadership and guidance on programs. Acts as total rewards subject matter expert to support related HR and corporate programs.
Partners with the Organizational Development CoE to align total rewards strategies and programs with talent programs. Partners with the HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics CoE to align total rewards strategies and programs with the HR technology and reporting strategies. Provides guidance and support to regional HR teams and clients on complex total reward matters.
Develops customized reporting and analysis to examine specific concerns or issues related to total reward programs and leverages this information to identify opportunities and/or recommendations for program enhancement/improvement. Provides coaching and support to others as required. Provides thought leadership to broader HR team on matters related to total rewards philosophies, strategies and/or methodologies.
Partners with leaders across the company to develop and/or effectively leverage total rewards programs and strategies. Establishes a comprehensive internal and external network to evaluate the need, acceptance and readiness of programs, and to maintain currency on market practices and influences.
Leads and/or supports complex HR projects and participates in broad corporate projects as a total rewards subject matter expert. Develops project plans and associated resourcing budget requirements. Provides guidance and support to various other stakeholder groups. Partners with broader cross-functional teams to develop strategies/recommendations.
