Page Personnel are working with a client who are actively recruiting for a HR Advisor to join them on a twelve month Fixed Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team within an innovative company. The role is generalist and is based in Macclesfield.

Our client are a well-established and reputable company who are currently embarking on an exciting project which is resulting in rapid growth. They are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join them initially on a 12 month FTC. The role is based in Macclesfield.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor are acting as first line support for all advice and guidance for managers, overseeing the recruitment cycle, organising and delivering company inductions, advising on policies and procedures, developing policies and procedures, supporting staff with employee relations casework, providing guidance on occupational health referrals, supporting monthly payroll processes, and delivering workshops. The role is based in Macclesfield.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • excellent organisational skills
  • strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • good knowledge of employment law
  • experience with recruitment, payroll and occupational health procedures
  • strong attention to detail
  • computer literate with MS Office and HR systems
