Senior HR Administrator / Uckfield / Human Resources

Client Details

A growing organisation based in Uckfield are seeking a Senior HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

Description

As Senior HR Administrator you will:

* Management of HR Administrator

* HR Administration

* Work with the HR Advisors and HR Director to keep recruitment trackers and CV database up to date

* HR systems maintenance

* Producing monthly HR MI information including information on Turnover, Headcount and absence

* Recruitment; advertise roles, pre-screen candidates, arrange interviews, conduct interviews, collate interview packs, support recruiting managers when interviewing, scan applicant paperwork.

* Managing the HR inbox

* Benefits administration

* Complete annual checks as required for all employees

* Right to work checks

Profile

* Excellent IT skills, able to use Excel to a high standard (Pivot tables, v-lookups)

* Knowledge of working in a busy HR environment as and HR Administrator

* A qualification in Human Resources CIPD Level 3 or equivalent

* Complete all work to a high standard

* Excellent organisational skills

* Self-motivator

* Able to work as part of a team

* Attention to detail

* Professional and Confidential
