Oakleaf are working with a Global Management Consultancy on an exciting new HR Manager role with a Compensation and Benefits focus, working in conjunction with the Business Heads to develop, devise and implement a Reward and Benefits strategy.
This role would suit someone who has had previous exposure to broader generalist HR but wants to specialise in the Compensation & Benefits space.
Demonstrable record of HR operational experience in a business partnering context
Professional services industry and/or multi-site background, an advantage
Experience in setting up reward policies and procedures and strategy
