Your new company
This role will see you joining a major employer in the area as a HR Business Partner. This public sector organisation is a prestigious organisation and is held in high regard as an employer. Due to a restructure and increased investment in the HR function, there is an additional requirement on an interim basis for a Welsh speaking HR Business Partner to join the team.

Your new role
You will partner with a specific department and work with them on their strategic people objectives. This will involve all areas of employee relations, talent development, recruitment, succession planning, performance management, disciplinary etc etc. This is a true BO role reporting into the Head of HR and joining an excellent well regarded team.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience at HR Advisor and/ Business Partner level with comprehensive experience in the field of employee relations. You'll be an excellent communicator (particularly in the medium of Welsh) and will be adept at building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders.

What you'll get in return
You'll be paid weekly on a day rate with equivalent benefits to the top end of the pay band for this role (£175 per day).
