Job Description

You will be joining a national charity who would like someone to grow and develop their community service in Sutton. The service you will manage supports people with learning disabilities to become independent and gain skills.

This is a really nice service which coordinates events such as gardening, football, cinema, swimming or museum visits. You will work with your team, and the clients to help the service become even better.

This will involve:

Reviewing the needs of the service, and reaching out to partner organisations to coordinate events, work shops or training
Liaise with referral partners to ensure you are factoring in the needs to the clients for the service
Manage the day to day budgets of the service (they can support you on this if you have not done this before)
Coaching and supporting your team of 5 support staff and an assistant
